The Playoffs and Finals of the 17th annual LA Summer Showcase, presented by NIKE, will take place at The Point, Nike’s new epicenter in the heart of Hollywood during the first two weekends in August. The legendary University of Southern California will host all regular season games from June 23 – July 29, 2007.

The LASS has two divisions (High School and College/Open) consisting of 400 of the best players in Southern California.
Established in 1991, the focus of the league is player development, improvement, and team competition. The league has been successful in assisting players secure college scholarships and WNBA tryouts/roster spots, as well as, sparked the coaching careers of former college, WNBA, and NBA players.

High school players will be seen by Division I and II coaches and college players will have the opportunity to play in front of WNBA personnel from around the league.
