The FIRST annual Ball or Fall 3 on 3 Tournament is here and it’s going down on August 11th and 12th at Seward Park in Downtown Chicago. Get your best three together and REGISTER NOW! Registration fee is $50/Team and only the first 150 Teams to sign up will be admitted.

Team registration is available by filling out the Registration Form and Waiver Form. Completed forms can be submitted one of three ways:

Send both completed forms (Registration Form and Waiver Form), along with a check for your team’s $50 registration fee, to:
