Manu Ginobli and Tony Parker show why they are the NBA’s best backcourt in San Antonio’s 91-82 Game 7 victory over New Orleans.

With San Antonio needing to win on the road in New Orleans in Game 7 to advance to the Western Conference finals, San Antonio’s backcourt of Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli came through in the clutch.
Tony Parker scored 17 points and dished out five assists, while Manu Ginobli led San Antonio with a game-high 26 points. Their combined 43 points included late-game free throws – four in the final minute by Manu – and a clutch jumper from Parker with less than a minute left in the game.
“We knew the shots were going to be there. It happened today that we just made more,'’ said Ginobili, who made four 3-pointers. “We just let it fly.'’
New Orleans, behind David West’s 20 points and nine rebounds, made a rally to pull within three points after being down by 20, but in the end it wasn’t enough.
Now San Antonio has to get ready for Wednesday’s showdown with Los Angeles, and Manu is willing to do whatever it takes in that series to t.
“I’m just comfortable winning. Whatever helps to win a game, I’m happy with it. If I have to go back to the bench against L.A., I’ll take it anyway. As long as we keep winning, I’m fine,” said Manu.
