We also sat down with one of LA’s premiere pro basketball trainers, Chip Schaefer. In this four part installment, we discuss what it takes to stay in top physical condition and prepare your body for the pros. Schaefer also describes how his love of the game took him to the Sarajevo Olympics and on to training the pro league’s most legendary teams and players. He’s the guy that kept Michael Jordan in the game.
