Dirk is back in the title hunt with his eyes on the prize.

After taking Dallas all the way to the finals and losing a hard-fought battle with Miami, Nowitzki is back to lead another run at the title. And with a season average of almost 25 points and 10 rebounds per game, he’s clearly ready for the challenge.

Part of what makes Nowitzki so dangerous is his ability to inflict punishment from anywhere on the court. Traditionally an outside shooter, Nowitzki has become increasingly effective on the inside. And he’s elevated his defensive play to where most players think twice about taking on the wall of rejection.This Dallas season has been more of the same, if not better.
