After about an hour or so, the forum ended and the Zoom Kobe I contest began. This was a contest where select shops were asked to create their own interpretation of the Zoom Kobe I.

The idea behind the contest was to capture the persona of Kobe through color, materials, and overall appearance. The contest was then judged by Kobe and Ken Link. After 4 designs were presented by 4 different shops, Kobe and Ken huddled together to discuss and select their choice of the evening. Prizes were awarded to the winners, along with a raffle that was associated with door prizes. The grand prize for that evening was the Zoom Kobe I custom laser wooden box set.

Once the contest ended and the questions wrapped up, the night came to a close. Bobitto began to wrap up the evening and before his last word, people rushed the stage for some final photos and autographs. Kobe responded and began to sign autographs on items ranging from posters to Zoom Kobe I’s. The autograph signing went on as Kobe made his way towards the exit on the left side of the stage. Kenzo was busy doing the same as he exited on the right side of the stage.
